Sets the ItemStacks back to where they came. (Internally this is just a delegate to AbstractItemBasedAttribute.setStacks(Simulation, ItemStack, ItemStack)).

This function may only be called once, as it is based on LimitedConsumer.offer(Object, Simulation) - which doesn't have any defined way to simulate multiple offers.

Returns:

True if the stacks where both accepted, or false if they were both denied.
