General interface for any bucket-like 
Item to be exposed by default as a GroupedFluidInv in
 FluidAttributes. (Although unlike the vanilla bucket it can store fluids in NBT or be stackable). Note that
 any registrations to FluidContainerRegistry will be considered before this.-
